Shipping policy

Please allow us five days to process your order. Expect an email within five days to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Singapore. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within five days  We offer SGD 5 flat rate and free shipping for orders over SGD 150 shipping to Singapore wide. 

ASIA 1 SHIPPING (Malaysia-S.Korea-Thailand) Orders are generally shipped within five days  We offer SGD 10 flat rate shipping to  free shipping for orders over SGD 200 shipping to Asia 1 wide up to 1KG. 

ASIA 2 SHIPPING (Indonesia - Hong Kong SAR- Vietnam) Orders are generally shipped within five days  We offer SGD 16 flat rate shipping to  Asia 2 wide up to 1KG. 

ASIA 3 SHIPPING (Japan- Australia) Orders are generally shipped within five days  We offer SGD 22 flat rate shipping to  Asia 3 wide up to 1KG.

Europe (France - Germany- Italy- Spain) Orders are generally shipped within five days  We offer SGD 25 flat rate shipping to  Asia 3 wide up to 1KG.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at naturemeonline@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
